Housekeeping
As with anything left alone for a while, this blog has started to attract some quality spam, and while I’ve mostly been manually deleting it the time has come to call in the robots. Apologies in advance if this ruins anyone’s day. On the subject of spam, this talk by Matt Cutts is really awesome.
There was also a blank-line bug in the RSS feed caused by a rogue plugin that had a newline before the start of its PHP code. It’s fixed, but I’ll be keeping an eye on it for a while. Thanks to Andrew for pointing this out – I’ve neglected my feedreading over the holidays, a habit I should take up again, and my laxity meant I simply wasn’t checking my own site for errors. Let this be a lesson, I suppose!
